In cases the branch is dependent on the parent company; the enterprise has to complete all the following procedures: applying for a branch registration certificate, making the seal for the branch and an initial branch tax declaration dossier. Branches are dependent on the parent company, still have to report VAT at the tax office where the branch is located.
